New customers may come by for a tour of our facility Monday - Friday 7am-5pm, and Saturday 8am-11am. No appointment is necessary. Tours are not permitted on the day of drop off. If you would like to see where your pet(s) will be staying, we strongly suggest coming by for a tour before their stay with us. Although we are eager (and excited!) to meet your pup(s), they are not permitted on the tour.
